Creating an Event Identity that delivers a strong message as FEM represents for me both an element of inspiration and a challenge. 

Feminine touches and the association of vibrant colors in all materials selected for FEM events speak of the importance of gender equality, equal opportunities and the courage to be an authentic woman for generations to come. 

RISE GIRL! Shine as a Woman!

By deconstructing gender stereotypes and fostering critical thinking through thematic workshops, the project encourages the fight against bullying and marginalization while promoting the value of inclusion. By highlighting viable female role models, both past and present, through meetings with fearless women who have defied societal limits, FEM inspires democratic practice and the courage to pursue professional fields traditionally perceived as masculine.

In the short term, FEM aims to create an online community of young women capable of addressing, in an informed manner, the various issues specific to them, which are otherwise neglected both in formal education and within the family environment. In the long term, FEM seeks to change the stereotypical mindsets that underpin gender inequalities.
